FAQ FeedingSleep 6-12 months

Is it okay to give my baby formula as a final night feed?

It is absolutely acceptable to offer formula for the last feed of the night if that is what works best for your family. Many parents choose this method because formula takes longer to digest than breastmilk, which can sometimes lead to longer stretches of sleep for the baby. Prioritizing your own rest and mental well-being is important, and you should not feel guilty for making choices that keep your baby fed and healthy.
