Does my baby need formula before bed to sleep better?

Many parents worry that breastmilk isn't enough to keep a baby full before sleep, but breastmilk is digested faster, which is perfectly normal. Frequent feedings in the evening are often due to a baby’s natural "witching hour" or developmental clusters rather than a lack of milk supply. If your baby seems restless, try offering another breastfeed or checking if they are overtired, as difficulty falling asleep is often a sign of being past their sleep window rather than hunger.
