Managing night wakings at 6-10 months

Night wakings are common as babies grow and transition. Some parents find success by offering a nutrient-dense evening meal or a healthy energy bite made of dates, roasted seeds, and nuts to keep the baby's tummy full. While some parents choose to co-sleep to allow the baby to self-soothe and feed, others find that setting an alarm to dream-feed just before the baby naturally wakes can help bridge the gap, allowing for longer stretches of sleep.
