At what age should I stop night feedings?

Many babies naturally begin to consolidate sleep and reduce their need for night feeds around the 6-month mark. If your baby is waking frequently after 8 months, it may be a sleep association rather than genuine hunger. While you can begin gradually reducing the frequency of feeds, aim to phase out night bottles completely by 18 months. If you are concerned about persistent night waking, observe their daytime intake to ensure they are getting enough calories during the day.
