Managing perceived low supply and pumping output
It is normal to feel like your supply has dropped once it is fully established, as your breasts may no longer feel heavy or engorged. If your baby is having at least 6 wet diapers in 24 hours, they are likely getting enough milk. To increase pump output, maintain a consistent time for your sessions—ideally early in the morning—for 1–2 weeks to signal your body to produce more during those specific hours.
