Pumping intervals while exclusively breastfeeding

If you are looking to build a freezer stash or maintain supply while breastfeeding, try pumping about 30–60 minutes after a feed, especially after the first morning feed when supply is naturally higher. If you are awake for night feeds, this is also a productive time to pump due to higher prolactin levels. Remember that pump output is not a perfect indicator of your overall supply; focus on consistency rather than the total volume per session.
