FAQ Feeding 6-12 months

Milk intake vs. solids for 10-month-olds

At 10 months, milk remains the primary source of nutrition, with a general recommendation of around 600ml daily. However, it is common for intake to fluctuate; continue offering milk, ideally after solid meals, rather than replacing feeds entirely. If your baby is healthy, tracking their growth curve, and having enough wet diapers, minor variations in volume are usually nothing to worry about.
