FAQ Feeding 6-12 months

What does a typical feeding schedule look like for a 10-11 month old?

At this stage, many parents follow a routine of three solid meals and one or two snacks per day, complemented by breastmilk or formula 3-4 times daily. It is helpful to space milk feeds and solid meals about 1.5 to 2 hours apart to ensure the baby is hungry for both. As your baby matures, you can gradually regularize these feeds to align with family meal times.
