FAQ Feeding 6-12 months

What is the best way to reduce pumping frequency for exclusively pumping moms?

When you are ready to drop a pumping session, do so gradually to avoid a significant drop in supply or engorgement. Instead of cutting a session entirely, slowly decrease the time of that session over several days—for example, reducing 20 minutes to 15, then 10—until it can be phased out. Always maintain your most productive pumping sessions, such as those early in the morning, to keep your supply stable during the transition.
