FAQ Feeding 1-2 years2-3 years

What should I feed my sick toddler who is refusing food?

When sick, toddlers naturally lose appetite and that is completely normal. Even makhanas count as food. Offer whatever they will accept: fruits, curd, bread with ghee, oranges, watermelon. Focus on hydration with buttermilk, coconut water, or cool watery curd rice. Continue medications regardless and do not stress about nutrition during illness — they will catch up once they feel better.
