Is cow milk safe for toddlers in hot weather?

It is common for toddlers to increase their milk intake during hot weather, but you should aim to cap cow milk at around 300–400ml per day to ensure they remain hungry for nutrient-dense solid foods. If your child is constantly asking for more milk, try to redirect them with hydrating alternatives like water, coconut water, or fresh watery fruits. If you are worried about constipation or nutritional balance, keep offering water regularly and consult your pediatrician if their appetite for solids drops significantly.
