Why does my toddler suddenly refuse to eat in their high chair?

It is very common for toddlers to go through a phase of refusing their high chair, often due to a desire for autonomy or a need for more stimulation. Try moving the high chair to different parts of the house, keeping it near a window, or having family members eat their meals at the same table to make the experience feel more social and inclusive. You can also try separating mealtimes to ensure the baby is genuinely hungry, or offer one favorite food alongside the main meal to spark their interest in sitting down.
