Expose newborns to light for sleep cycles

To help newborns reset their day/night cycle, ensure daytime is bright and noisy with regular feeds, and keep nighttime interactions dark, quiet, and brief. Exposure to natural light during a late afternoon walk can also help reset their internal clock.
