Use ghee as first milk ladder step

When following a milk ladder for CMPA recovery, Ghee is often the recommended first step because the high-temperature processing leaves the amount of milk protein negligible. Start with 1/4th teaspoon for the breastfeeding mother and monitor the baby for symptoms before increasing the quantity.
