FAQ SleepFeeding 3-6 months

How can I reduce night feeds for my 3-month-old?

If your baby is waking frequently at night to feed for very short periods, they may be 'snacking' rather than feeding for fullness. Consult your pediatrician to ensure weight gain is on track. Some doctors suggest waking the baby during the day to ensure they get full calories, or ensuring they get a full feed before their longest stretch of sleep at night, to help consolidate those nocturnal feeds.
