Coping with an intense cluster-feeding newborn

Cluster feeding is a normal, temporary stage of newborn development that helps build your milk supply. To manage the physical exhaustion, try side-lying nursing positions, which allow you to rest while feeding. While it feels endless now, this phase will pass as your baby grows and becomes more efficient at nursing.
