How can I help my baby sleep better if they are congested?

Nighttime congestion can be very disruptive for both baby and parent. Gentle home remedies include using a saline nasal spray to clear passages, running a humidifier in the room to keep the air moist, or using a traditional ajwain (carom seed) potli tied in a cloth and placed near their sleep area. Elevating the baby slightly or performing a gentle massage on the feet can also provide comfort. If the congestion persists or interferes with breathing, consult your pediatrician.
