How can I make pancakes that aren't sticky?

Pancakes made with millet flours like ragi or oats can often become sticky. To improve the texture, try replacing water in the batter with a small amount of olive oil or coconut milk to add healthy fats and reduce stickiness. Ensure your pan is well-heated and lightly brushed with oil before pouring the batter. If your child tolerates eggs, adding an egg yolk can also significantly improve the binding and texture of the pancake. Always ensure the pan is sufficiently hot to achieve a good sear.
