How can I manage constipation in a baby who has started solids?

Constipation is a common hurdle as a baby's digestive system adjusts to new food textures. Prioritize frequent water intake throughout the day—not just during meals—and incorporate fiber-rich 'P-foods' like papaya, prunes, and pears into their diet. If fruits are rejected when steamed, try grating them from the finest side to create a natural, raw puree. If constipation persists, keep these gut-friendly foods in regular rotation to help maintain soft, comfortable bowel movements.
