FAQ Feeding 1-2 years

What is the best way to introduce cow milk to a toddler?

Transitioning to cow milk is a milestone for one-year-olds. If your child resists a sipper or cup, avoid going back to the bottle, as it will only make future weaning harder. Be patient and continue to offer the milk in a sipper or open cup, modeling the behavior yourself. If they are only taking small sips, keep trying consistently; they will eventually adapt. Remember that milk intake is just one part of their nutrition, and their overall balance of solid foods remains most important.
