FAQ Feeding 6-12 months

When can I introduce eggs to my baby?

Eggs can typically be introduced around 8 months of age. It is commonly recommended to start with the yolk first, as it is easier for some babies to digest, before introducing the white. As with any new food, offer it in small amounts and watch for any signs of an allergic reaction.
