How do I safely introduce eggs to my baby?

When introducing eggs, it is best to start very slowly to monitor for potential reactions. Begin with a small amount of hard-boiled egg yolk mixed into familiar foods like dal, rice, or khichdi. Once your baby tolerates the yolk well, you can gradually move on to baked goods containing egg white, and eventually progress to plain scrambled eggs or omelets. Always introduce new foods in the morning so you can monitor your baby throughout the day.
