FAQ Feeding 6-12 months

What are the best practices for introducing eggs to a 6-7 month old?

Eggs can be introduced as early as 6-7 months if your doctor recommends it. You can start by boiling the egg and mashing it thoroughly with a fork, or blending half a boiled egg to mix into purees, dal, or khichdi. It is common to introduce both the yolk and the egg white, but as with any new food, start with small amounts and observe your baby for any reactions.
