FAQ Feeding 6-12 months

How do I know if my 10-month-old is being overfed?

It is difficult to overfeed a baby at this age, as they typically self-regulate their intake. Signs of overfeeding would be consistent vomiting, frequent stomach upset, or clear rejection of servings. If your baby is happy, active, and meeting their weight goals, trust their appetite—they are likely just growing at their own healthy pace.
