FAQ Feeding 6-12 months

How should I structure breast milk and solids for my 7-month-old?

A general guideline for an 8-month-old is to offer breast milk about 30 to 45 minutes before a meal, or on demand after solids. As your baby starts eating more, follow their cues. If your baby is drinking milk well but seems hungry, you can gradually introduce a snack between milk feeds, but prioritize their comfort and appetite over strict timing.
